Abstract : The pandemic has fundamentally transformed organizational dynamics, accelerating the adoption of flexible work policies across industries. This study examines the comprehensive impact of such policies, including remote work frequency, pandemic-related health protocols, organizational support, technostress, and smart working policies, on the workforce well-being in the aftermath of the pandemic, with a specific focus on the information technology (IT) sector. Despite a growing body of literature on remote work, a significant research gap exists concerning the integrative effects of diverse flexibility dimensions on psychological and occupational well-being. A quantitative research design was used, and primary data were gathered from a sample of 157 IT workers using a snowball sampling technique. Analytical procedures were conducted using SPSS (version 28) for descriptive analysis, reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha), Pearson correlation, and AMOS (version 24) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The findings show that organizational support and smart working policies are strong positive predictors of employee well-being, whereas techno stress negatively correlates with well-being outcomes. Interestingly, remote work frequency demonstrates limited direct impact unless accompanied by robust organizational frameworks. These findings underscore the critical role of employee-centric, digitally-enabled HR strategies in promoting sustainable workforce engagement and psychological resilience.
