International Case Conference“DRISHTIKON 2K26”:

Dear Researchers, Academics, Students, Entrepreneurs and Industry Professionals,

The International Research Conference 2025, jointly hosted by the International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), Pune, India, and the Faculty of Management Studies – Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, will be held on 26th and 27th December 2025.

This conference aims to serve as a global platform for academicians, researchers, industry practitioners, and policymakers to share insights, discuss emerging challenges, and explore innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth in the South Asian region.

The central theme of the conference is Sustainability Transitions in South Asia: Research, Technological, and Innovative Solutions.

The conference seeks to foster cross-border collaboration and interdisciplinary research focused on advancing sustainability through technology, innovation, and strategic management practices. It encourages participants to contribute conceptual, empirical, and case-based research that supports the regional and global sustainability agenda.

Conference Objectives

The International Research Conference 2025 aims to:

  • Promote collaborative research across South Asian academic institutions and industries to address sustainability challenges.
  • Encourage interdisciplinary dialogue integrating management, technology, and innovation for sustainable development.
  • Provide a platform for scholars and practitioners to share research outcomes, case studies, and innovative models.
  • Foster cross-border academic partnerships that strengthen regional cooperation in sustainability-driven initiatives.
  • Inspire young researchers and students to engage in impactful research aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 Publication Opportunities:

All presented Cases / Research Papers shall be given an opportunity to be reviewed for publication at Scopus or Peer Reviewed Journal, as per the discretion of the Editorial Board. There are NO CHARGES for publication.
Note: There are no publication charges for authors. Selected cases, based on their quality, may be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals or other peer-reviewed journals.

Submission Guidelines:

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers, case studies, or conceptual papers.

Submissions should adhere to the following guidelines:

Full Paper Submission:

    • The full paper should be between 3,000–5,000 words, including references.
    • The manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
    • All references and citations must follow the APA 7th edition style.
    • The paper should include:
      • Title of the paper
      • Author(s) name, designation, institutional affiliation, and contact details
      • Abstract and keywords
      • Introduction, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references

File Format:

    • Research Papers must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format only.

Plagiarism Policy: 

    • Papers must be original and unpublished.
    • Submissions will be checked for plagiarism, and any paper with more than 10% similarity will not be considered.

Review Process:

    • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
    • Acceptance will be communicated via email to the corresponding author.

Presentation Mode:

    • Offline at IIMS Pune for Pune’s participants and online (virtual) presentation options will be available for outsider participants.
