Abstract : This paper examines how Sustainable Human Resource Management (Sustainable HRM) contributes to achieving corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, with a focus on South Asia. Using secondary data from scholarly articles, empirical studies, and sustainability reports, the research highlights trends in HRM practices that support sustainability transitions, technological innovations in HR processes, and the strategic effects on ESG outcomes. Findings suggest that integrating sustainability into HRM—as seen in green HRM practices, inclusive HR policies, and sustainability reporting—enhances corporate ESG performance, fosters employee engagement, and supports broader sustainable development goals in the region.
