Abstract : This study examines the relationship between technostress, work–life balance, and life satisfaction among working professionals in technology-driven workplaces. Using a descriptive, cross-sectional research design, primary data were collected from 170 employees across diverse sectors through a structured questionnaire. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, regression, mediation, and moderation analyses. The findings reveal that technostress does not have a significant direct effect on life satisfaction, whereas work–life balance positively and significantly influences life satisfaction. Significant age-based differences were observed in technostress, work–life balance, and life satisfaction, while gender showed no significant moderating effect. The proposed mediating role of work–life balance between technostress and life satisfaction was not supported. The study highlights the importance of fostering work–life balance and implementing organizational strategies to manage technostress, thereby enhancing employee well-being in increasingly digital work environments.
