Data was gathered from secondary research and existing studies, analyzing various welfare measures such as healthcare, recreational activities, job security, infrastructural support, and personal development initiatives. The study employs a descriptive research design and highlights the positive correlation between welfare measures and employee satisfaction at Google. Findings suggest that a proactive employee welfare strategy not only enhances job satisfaction but also increases retention and organizational commitment. Recommendations focus on the importance of maintaining a dynamic and inclusive welfare policy in line with evolving employee expectations.
