Dr. Kapil H. Kapdiya is associated with IIMS Pune since 2009, hence he has more than 10 years of work experience in academics. His area of interest is Financial Management. Prof. Kapdiya has published and presented several research papers in UGC CARE/Approved International and National level journals and conferences in India. He has proactively participated in various Faculty Development Programmes in numerous institutes and universities in India including the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prof. Kapdiya is currently pursuing Doctorate by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is an MBA (FM) and M.Com degree holder. He has also cleared various MOOC’s courses on “Academic Writing” and “Soft Skills”
