Bio

Prof. Charumitra Agrawal is an academic professional with interdisciplinary expertise spanning Engineering, Management, and Communication Studies. She holds qualifications in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Communication Control & Network Engineering, and Business Management, and brings teaching experience across technical and managerial disciplines. Her areas of teaching include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Strategic HRM, and Public Relations & Corporate Communication. Her academic interests focus on instructional practices, communication effectiveness, and adult learning contexts, with ongoing engagement in advanced research related to learning ecosystems and learner-centric pedagogy. She has contributed extensively to curriculum design, assessment development, student mentoring, and academic coordination across management and engineering education, with a strong focus on learner engagement and interdisciplinary teaching. Prof. Agrawal adopts innovative and experiential pedagogical approaches, incorporating case-based teaching, student dialogues, case-let discussions, and application-oriented learning practices to enhance classroom engagement and critical thinking. Her dual expertise in engineering and management enables her to bridge technology and business perspectives effectively in academic delivery.
