Bio

Girish Naik has a vast professional background spanning over 31 years, with experience divided between education (18 years) and industry (13 years). He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor and Head of Corporate Relations & Placements at International Institute of Management Studies Pune. (IIMS, Pune)

His role involves managing corporate relations, campus placements, sourcing, and building key partnerships with over 150 companies. He is also responsible for strategy development, training, and teaching subjects like Marketing and HR. Throughout his career, Girish has led numerous initiatives, including improving recruitment processes, organizing guest lectures, Inviting Companies as per the requirements, and developing programs aligned with industry needs.
