Dr. Yashswini Varde has completed her Ph.D. on the title “The Effect of Environment, Social Governance (ESG) Indicators on Performance of Emerging Economies and Business Organizations” from International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore and has IIM Indore alumni status. Currently working as an Assistant Professor at International Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Her subjects of Interest are but not limited to Financial Management, Bank Insurance, Financial Accounting, Managerial Economics, Financial Market and Financial Service, Excel Foundation. She is an active Reviewer Member of International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts IJCRT (Member ID: 117473) and lifetime Associate Member of International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), Japan.
