He is a distinguished academician and management educator with over 30 years of teaching experience and more than 5 years of industry exposure. His expertise spans a wide range of management disciplines, including Human Resource Management, Principles and Practices of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Legal Aspects of Business, Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, Business Ethics, Compensation Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement.Throughout his academic career, Dr. Navale has been actively involved in research, teaching, and knowledge dissemination. He has participated in more than 20 national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, contributing significantly to academic and professional discussions in management.A prolific researcher, Dr. Navale has published over eight research papers in reputed Scopus, ABDC, and UGC CARE-indexed national and international journals. His scholarly work reflects a strong commitment to advancing management knowledge and practice.Dr. Navale is also an accomplished author, having written four books on Employee Engagement, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Mercantile Laws.
