Dr. Aditya D. is a passionate advocate for cooperative growth and rural transformation. With over five years of experience across research, teaching and field implementation, he has served as a Teaching Associate for India’s premier civil services training programs. He has been instrumental in designing training modules for civil service officers and leading rural outreach initiatives across India. A dedicated researcher and author, Dr. Aditya has contributed to several research papers and book chapters on cooperative education, grassroots innovation and agribusiness.
