Bio

Dr. Anusha Priya is an experienced academician and researcher, currently working as an Associate Professor at IIMS, Pune, with her expertise rooted in Human Resource Management. She brings more than 14 years of experience in academia and research. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Priya has led the Research & Development Cell at a UGC recognized university for over 5 years, fostering a culture of research and innovation. She has authored the book “Environmental Responsibilities & Sustainable Development of India: A Case Study of Indian Steel Industry”, highlighting her commitment to environmental and sustainability issues. Her academic work includes numerous publications in Springer, Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals. She has also actively participated in various international conferences and seminars. As a Resource Person, she has delivered lectures during Refresher Courses & has been invited as a Guest of Honor for several International conclaves & conferences. Dr. Priya is a recognized Ph.D. supervisor, having successfully guided one doctoral candidate and currently mentoring three research scholars. Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Research. She remains actively engaged in academic, research, and administrative activities, contributing significantly to the academic ecosystem.
