Prof. Mrinalini Deshpande is working as Assistant Professor in IIMS Pune. With an experience of almost 20 years in the field of Soft Skills and Education, Mrs Deshpande has created Training programmes for various Institutions, Professionals and Corporate sector; and has been successful in transforming the trainees, developing necessary Life skills to bridge the gap between education and employability. In the Leadership roles, she has successfully managed educational institutions, thus creating a positive work environment to enhance the teaching–learning process and motivating the teams to perform and deliver results.
