These unprecedented times are challenging for everyone – right from students to professionals and employers. Face to face interviews have become impossible and so, many colleges have put their placements on hold.  But the IIMS placement during a lockdown situation was different.

Although companies were unable to come to the campus during the Covid-19 pandemic, the placement team coordinated online interviews for various students.
These include Zoom calls, webinars, and video conferencing for students and employers. As a result, the interviews became possible and in fact, many students excelled in the online interview and got an instant positive result.
